This form of meditation is one which provides a means to resolving all of the fundamental questions of life (and more) in a completely natural way…
"Is there a purpose to my life, how much more am I than just
a name and personality, what is it all about?"
Deep questions that demand a powerful approach. This meditation is both powerful and simple – and it works!
Meditation Evening Meetings in St.Albans & Kings Langley (Herts)
We hold regular meditation meetings to explain and demonstrate the benefits of this all-encompassing meditation, which perhaps in a nutshell may be best described as a journey of self-discovery "based on 'personal' insights that are universally true".
We very much encourage a relaxed atmosphere to our meetings, starting with a pleasant cup of herbal tea (or glass of water if preferred) whilst presenting a variety of meditation related topics.
During the evening a period of time will be set aside to experience and fine-tune meditation techniques, as well as addressing individual questions.
We find the meetings to typically be of great inspiration and anticipate that you will develop the practise of the meditation on a daily basis.
