Our Manchester meditation course is designed for you to appreciate for yourself the benefits of a regular meditation practice.
This is a practical course based around simple effective techniques. In addition to the classroom teaching we will be expecting you to practise the techniques in between sessions.

The format of the course is to practice meditation exercises and discuss a variety of topics in an informal workshop setting.
Because the setting is informal there will be space to address individual needs and questions, whilst exploring different techniques and fine tuning meditation practice.
Further tuition is available through group (or one-to-one) follow-up courses.
